| The University of Georgia Infant Research Lab, directed by Dr. Janet Frick, conducts studies on the development of attention, learning, and social interaction in babies and children. Currently, we are looking for participants for a study examining the development of face perception. For this study, we are looking for infants between the ages of 4-6 months and 9-11 months. Sessions are generally 30 minutes and we provide free parking. | The University of Georgia seeks mother and child participants for various ongoing studies. Two current studies conducted within the Department of Psychology include: 1.A study on the development of biological rhythms in infancy. Families receive $10 for each of 2 phases ($20 total) Participants include mothers with soon-to-be 3-month-old infants and no other children in the home. Appointment times are flexible based on your schedule. Instructions can be provided in our lab or at your home. 2. A study on relationships, emotions, and health. Families receive $40 for one-time participation. Participants for this study include mothers with children ages 8 to 11. Appointment times are flexible.
